I acknowledge that if my application to become a member of Davistown RSL Club Ltd is approved I will abide by the Constitution and By-Laws of the Club. I declare that I am over 18 years old. I understand that I am a provisional member until such time as my application for membership is accepted at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
In the interest of preserving the environment and saving paper, I consent to accessing the Financial Report on the club's website or by requesting one at the club’s reception. I acknowledge that under the club's constitution, the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be sent to electronically.
